We cannot provide details without a signed NDA. We have an internet application that is a game-changer for the independent hospitality property (B&B's, Inns, etc) industry. We are at a pre-launch position with the application and would like to trade a piece of the company for promotional/PR expertise and labor. This would include direct mail, print, internet reputation management, SEO, telephone and other media outlets. We also have a tie-in to public radio stations nationwide. This is my second start-up; my first one sold for $4.1 and I have a good eye for niches. Our preliminary market testing indicates a favorable response from the marketplace.
