Description: Dear Investor, Spring, 2009 We at Ultimate-Pro Sports Academy, LLC are excited about our vision - to take years of international sports training experience and use that knowledge to create the finest multi-sport performance enhancement training facility in South Florida. Ultimate-Pro Sports Academy, LLC, formally known as Volei-Tech Training Systems, LLC, was created in 2008 as an answer to the high demand for a multi-sport training facility. Since 2002, Volei-Tech Training Systems, specializing exclusively in the sport of volleyball, provided athletes of all ages and skill levels individualized attention needed to become champions. However, due to an overwhelming demand for larger training facilities, the growing interest of other sport disciplines and the need for a highly complex strength-training program, the decision was made to initiate our expansion efforts. To properly service multiple sports a new company name was created and the ownership structure re-formulated. Hence, Ultimate-Pro Sports Academy, LLC was created. It will continue the tradition of excellence and further revolutionize the face of multi-sport performance training in South Florida. Ultimate-Pro Sports Academy will specialize in the following sport disciplines: volleyball, basketball, soccer, football and tennis. Our program curriculum provides athletes of all levels a systematic developmental format of learning designed to increase their performance levels. Our mission is to create the “complete athlete” physically, mentally and tactically. This concept, and a commitment to these values, is the foundation of the Ultimate-Pro philosophy. Athletes at Ultimate-Pro will be given personalized, professional sports training scientifically developed to improve overall athletic performance, mental toughness and provide the competitive edge needed to become the ultimate pro in life. Ultimate-Pro is venturing into an expansion opportunity that will not only help us meet the growing demand but more importantly make Ultimate-Pro Sports Academy the most comprehensive multi-sport training facility in South Florida. Our desire through Ultimate-Pro Sports Academy is to offer our youth an opportunity to receive a higher education by means of an athletic scholarship. Growing middle school and high school athletic programs, its increased popularity, and the financial benefit of a collegiate scholarship makes this a perfect market for this type of business in South Florida. There is no doubt that we should take advantage of every opportunity we have to develop our greatest resource - our children. After all, it is not just about the sport, but rather instilling the traditions of determination, excellence, and professionalism into the young people we train every day. In the following proposal, we will detail the nature of Ultimate-Pro Sports Academy, the core of its various programs, and the plan for future sports development in Palm Beach, Broward County and Martin/St. Lucie County and beyond. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Andrew C. Sloan Founder & CEO (Phone # removed)(URL removed) (URL removed)
