Description: The PPI Energy Group ((URL removed)), a US company located in McLean, VA, is developing renewable green energy power projects on a global basis. There are now 5, in a series of fast-tracked projects in the development queue, with others in various stages of development. The first project is expected to be formally awarded in December, 2010. This first is a $350 to $400 million renewable fuel, carbon neutral facility generating 70MWe. This project is structured as a “stand alone”. It is designed to provide a preferred return in excess of 7% beginning immediately, plus an accelerated distribution of profits to equity investors, during the first 3 to 4 years of operation. This deal structure is designed to return an amount “equal to the original investment” within that period of time. Current projections calculate an IRR of ~23%, over the life of the project. Investors in this project will be paid through a 3rd party administrator (e.g., an international commercial bank), as monies are collected, in ratio to their equity percentage. We are seeking financing partners on an equity basis. Equity investors are projected to finance 25% to 40% of each project with a senior debt holder carrying the remainder of the project financing. Projected returns are based on multiple revenue streams, including tipping (gate) fees, recycled materials, reuse of materials and power sales. PPI is a project developer of renewable, carbon neutral energy projects. The technology is based on a stringent requirement for proven performance and dependability.
