Description: This opportunity is one of global potential and an exceptional ROI. Add to this a community and cultural based project of significant impact. The funds raised will be used to acquire property, construct stage one of the complex together with office space and the required staff & equipment. By securing these funds it will allow us to shoot the first four of twenty programs which will include “Miss Rowena Wallace”, an absolute icon in Australian Television. This will then be sold to the networks. This investment in Australia is at the beginning of an ever changing industry. In the US and Britain there are a large number of free to air television channels available to the public where as in Australia up until 2009 there were only five free to air channels available. Our concept is simple, we are building a television production house in Morisset N.S.W. Australia, the main reason for this is that most of the free to air stations are playing nothing but reruns and are crying out for new programs. We have a total of 42 programs in the pipeline and as our figures below indicate we don’t need all of them to succeed. The profit from the programs that go to air will enable us to self fund the ongoing productions. In addition to the above there will be the continuing development of a different way of viewing television which, as mentioned, has global potential. In Short • Grand K Productions will be producing quality television programs. • The productions will be sold to the various networks. • The opportunity exists to showcase these programs via our own network ((URL removed)). • This will ensure that all of our programs, once they pass our quality test, will get to air. Each series is sold on a per season basis which is 13 weeks or 13 episodes. The episode will sell anywhere from $25,000 to $80,000 depending on the type of ratings expected. For example “Master chef” sells for $100,000+ per episode. We at Grand K Productions will have in excess of 42 programs to produce once we’re up and running. Assuming only 20 programs get past and onto air, and we only sell them for an average of $45,000 each and assuming that we only get two seasons each (6mths) this will still give an annual gross turnover of $23.4m. In addition will be the introduction of passive advertising into all of our programs. If we fill each program up with products it will equal the sale price. However, if it only gets to $35,000 per episode this equates to another $18.2m which represents another part of the turnover and then takes it to $41.6m. Take out $16.54m in expenses (wages, subcontractors, talent fees, site fees and general running costs) we are still left with a profit of $24m+ per annum. At this stage we should have fully developed “(URL removed)” (one Year) and will commence operations with that. The introduction of “(URL removed)” will bring another rather large revenue stream as well as another expansion to an ever growing industry. Thank you again for your time.
