The Secured Capital Investment Group is an international real estate development and acquisition company. Our present focus is on the housing shortage in Latin America and in particular the country of Peru. Although, a main focus is on the need for low income housing we also have other residential projects.
We have numerous viable projects on the board and seek capitalization to provide us the necessary funds. Minimum needed $20M up to $50M. Would prefer debt financing, will consider equity.
