Patient Focus Systems (PFS) is a healthcare technology provider. Our applications are based on industrial engineered standards and focus on the movement of patients and materials throughout the hospital, as well as the tasks associated with housekeeping and Environmental Services. The specific products are the Patient Transportation System (PTS) and Access Bed Control (ABC). Both systems are currently Windows based are being migrated to the web and will be ASP offerings. PFS enjoys a very loyal customer base and is primed for rapid growth. We are looking for investment capital to complete the migration of our current products to the web. Current customers include Mass General and the Mayo Clinic. Our products have been in the marketplace for a number of years (beginning in the mid 1990's) and include HL7 interfaces to many of the major Hospital Information System (HIS) vendors.
