Since 1996 I have been providing residential and commercial mortgages. I now provide FHA financing for large apartment complex buyers and builders. I wish to build a 120 unit townhouse style complex in the Magnolia area of Houston, Tx. This market can easity support this with the massive growth of Houston spreading towards Magnolia. With the lower cost of land and the inexpensive labor market there, This complex can easily be built, stabilized and sold for a large profit in under 12 months. Instead of financing it through my company, I would rather have investors involved because financing alone would take at least 9 months to complete.
