We are a clinical research site with business contracts in place that permit expansion to add multiple physician offices as satellite research sites on our team. Clinical research is the process of testing pharmaceutical drugs and devices for safety and efficacy. Each new physician site that we add to our team represents a potential minimal $1 million in first year revenue. We work with another start up site management organization that grossed $7 million last year, and we easily have the potential to do the same and much more with an investment to catalyze our expansion. We are presently operating under the LLC of a sole proprietorship (the physician office where our central office is located), and we are in the process of pursuing 501c3 status under the name Tiny Teams SMO.
