I am a mineral rights and real estate broker located in Montana, licensed in four states and determined to find the right property for YOU. I grew up in Berlin, Germany, and my family has been in business since 1899 as real estate brokers and architects. I have bought and sold real estate not only in Germany, but also in California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Montana, Wyoming and Minnesota. Have developed land, owned commercial and residential rentals, got stuck with 1031 exchanges, held contract for deeds, hassled with foreclosures, chased down mineral rights and helped run several businesses. Is there life after real estate? No! But there are airplanes, livestock, pets, kids, spouses, gardens, agriculture, water rights and mineral rights to go with it! Visit my website and join the 26,000+ subscribers to my monthly newsletter - for FREE!
