Hello, I own a automotive repair shop,fuel,auto inspection,tire repair shop at Medina lake.I am also a co-owner in a used boat sales,rental,repair company our total anual sales combined are 600k. I would like to turn this business into a convienent store as well/ building a new store with new stile/pay at the pump convienient store & remodel the exsisting station into a show room and shop to restore boats for sale ,rental and continue to service autos & boats as well.
Currently we are a full service at the pump station selling fuel at self service prices & with the down fall of oil, most of the time for the past few months 30 to 50 cents below cost to compete. Here at medina lake there are lots of oppertunity, but the inability to precure the funds needed because of the economy. we are a resort type community with the bulk of our business about 8 months per year. The peak in the early spring thru late fall. This business could employee additional people in this community if we could find the funding for our dreames.
