I changed the entity in january of 2007 to an llc it was originally an sole prop... i made over 65,000 my 1st year so when the begining of 2008 came around i decided to redue the front of the bar. I shut down for 1 month and a half and when i reopened business slowed down alot and i came upon hard times. but i have managed to keep it open but i am strugling to keep the inventory and supplies up.
