Hello,
My Wife & I are eager Real Estate Investors.
We want to purchase distressed properties from local banks ( etc ), rehab and sell the properties to other investors.
Our dilemma, we don't have money to purchase nor rehab the properties we want to buy.
We are looking for Hard Money lenders who will lend money for the purchase and rehab at a rate we can live with. After rehabbing the property we will sell the property and pay off the hard money loan and move on to the next property.
Naturally, our credit is not very good and this is one of the purpose for the hard money loan.
