I have been selling Real Estate since 1985. Have been trained by Coldwell Banker and Century 21. I have taken over a failing real estate company, brought it back to life and then sold it for the owners. I have now opened my own office. My database of customer/clients is large and I have a great relationship other agents and agencies. I am at the point now that other Realtors are signing on to come to work for my company. The office is a unique (to this area)in commissions paid and management. Still complying with the R.
E. Commission. I am setting up the office to allow Realtors to be able to keep more of their hard earned commissions.
I believe that I will be able to compete with the "Big Dogs" very shortly.
