Description:
I am a Developer of a different kind. I specialize in helping others. I formed my company with the idea of using my experience and knowledge to help others develop their property and to capture the most equity in their land possible. I recently developed a project that would be perfect for many different uses. Rental/Affordable Housing/Senior Living/Group Homes. The site Oak Park Villas is one of North Branch’s newest Twin Home developments. Oak Park Villas is a smaller development creating an easy associated maintained living with the small community neighborhood feeling. Convenient location with easy access to Hwy 35. Close to downtown North Branch & City Park. The project has 7 Twin Home sites or 14 units & 3 oversized single-family home sites. Total of 17 units. I have platted & made all the improvements. I need an investor or funds so we can buildout the buildings and complete the project.
