Description: I want to be able to pay off my bills to increase my credit score. I am a Realtor and have seen many people unable to purchase homes because of ours growing market. Loans for 125,000 does not buy a home these days. I have had customers who have steady work and rental history, but past money problems that keep them from getting loans. I would love to be able to purchase homes and provide these people with the home of their dreams by selling it to them without some big bank or morgage company's help. Lease to own homes are just not available anymore. I just need the capital to get started. Thankyou
