PharmaCare is a long term care pharmacy that has been in business for three years. We service skilled nursing, assisted living and hospice facilities in Arizona and Texas. Our four cornerstones are Accuracy, Integrity, Safety and Timeliness. We are a fairly new company and adding new facilities to our company over the next few months. We are in need of operating capital to purchase additional inventory. Our newest client will result in $1,000,000.00 worth of revenue monthly. Every day more than 10,000 baby boomers retire in the United States. We are also potentially interested in bringing a partner in to help us move more into a national market. There are several opportunities in other states that we are exploring. There are only 7 providers of long term care services in the State of Arizona.
