Description:
Cobbled Cottages, LLC is a full service family owned construction company with experience and hands on with all levels of home building. We build only in the high end region of Litchfield County Connecticut and mainly for the wealthy weekend home purchasers. This area is a real who's who of the money world. Our homes are of a unique European design with storybook design accents that separate us completely from the "box builder" or track builders who have proliferated the market during the real estate bubble. Must be seen to appreciate our Rolls quality homes. We complete th ast amount of the tasks in house which leaves us top side with regard to LTV.
