I am an Interior Designer & my business is rehabbing old homes & buildings. I just haven't been able to get started with a deal that worked out. I had 1 foreclosure property under contract but I lost it because the bank wouldn't extend the closing. I have $90K + equity in my home. I have had some interest from investors but I can't seem to find anyone who will assist me with a re-fi or ?? loan. My plan is when I get the equity out, I will rehab this house, pay off debts & mortgage & sell & use the that money for my business. I should have $100K to work with.
