have been working on a zero energy house for several years that was affordable we finished it in Feb. 2008 then we were approached by HUD and the Indian nation to build and place the entire infrastructure for there housing needs. We will be filling the roofs with solar cells not only will we be making money off the build of the houses the funding for that is produced from hud and casinos we are also creating solar farms and receiving residual income from the sale of the excess power being sold for the life of the house. All this is already in place to start. The income from just the house builds are in the 100 millions we are talking about 1000 s of homes not including the residual income from the solar cells. By the way, the Indian nation is not affected by our economy. An investor with a min of 2,000,000 he will be put on the llc as a 25% share holder and receive his investment back in 2yrs at 7%. I have been featured on CBS news as well as front page of the business section of the 4th largest paper in the nation.
