Eyston Hunte MD and Donald R McDonald PhD Computer Scientist have worked together a long time to produce the essential system for the single to small practice (under 5 doctors). MedBase EHR is designed to provide smart progress notes by reading the note as it is being entered and coding it in real time. It will upcode and downcode as the note is modified. This complies with the real world of the medical doctor. the charts are complete when entered. no chart reviews at the end of the day. this is not a billing system but produces the interface information to use any system that may be in place.
we are looking for marketing. we are too close to the product and do not know how to take this to market. we would like someone to buy the system or provide marketing funds and expertice to make this deserving system available to the doctor who need it.
