Don Kjos founded and formed KIMA USA (pronounced Kee-ma) in 1998. Kjos created and developed the Kimalien Kimandos (pronounced Chameleon Commandos), the Surfinvaders, and Aliana, a strong-willed Femalien who surfs and travels with the Kimaliens to Earth.
Kjos created the plot for the animated film and alien characters for a firm marketing strategy that also includes a unique line of Alien Made Futurewear clothing line for both young and adult. His fascination of aliens, extreme sports and his surfing & water sports background influenced KIMA USA’s unique character creations and movie storyline. Kjos searched his Greek background for inspiration and based the alien characters and planet name on the Greek word called “Kima,” which means, “Wave” and from their on ever
