We have this exclusive service niche that basically can take over the home purchase market, and with this program we can control the buyers and sellers in this market. Our purpose is to help the buyers find a home just like any other real estate company that is licensed in the state of Texas, but what we do different that they can’t or won’t do is, once we help the buyer find a home, we give back the majority of the real estate commission. This is thousands of dollars to the buyer,there is no other real estate company or realtor that we have found that would give up the majority of their real estate commission, because that is how they make their living. The reason that we give back the real estate commission to the buyer is we want the loan; normally buyers have to come to the table with a down payment and closing costs, but by giving the real estate commission to the buyer, it’s less money they need for the loan closing cost.
