Description:
Please Google "Krecke, Edmond". He is the founder of Isomax. We are the licensed Arizona manufacturer and we build true Zero Energy Lifestyle homes. We have an opportunity to build the display home in a sub-division in Apache Junction right now. We already have about 65% of the custom home components manufactured in our facility at 213 S. Alma School in Mesa. I retired from Boeing in 2007 to work this business full time. We simply cannot qualify for a loan as the bank will not count my 2008 contracts, nor my pre-retirement income of six figures. They will right now only count my $24K pension income, so we need help on this display home financing. I'm going to qualify to buy it later in 2008/9 after we complete some of our contracted projects and some of the other 15 homes that will be sold
