This is a local cafe that was struggling with service and I have been able to get in under a managment agreement that would mean I could buy the place if I can obtain funding to purchase the cafe. I have been operating the cafe since May in hopes of finding funding to assist me in purchasing this profitable cafe. I have an MBA and am a chef.
