I have been in the BBQ business for about 30 years, I use to work for a Famous BBQ in Houston from 1981 to 1989. I got into Security after that but I still BBQ for my family and friends on the side. I currently live on the North East side of town and there is no good BBQ here. I have changed things in my neighbor hood and also with my friends and family. I want to get a mobile food truck to take my talents to the streets and make much more money than I am at my home. I BBQ for friends on Holidays and I also do Catering. The difference between me and the other guys is that I sell a good tasting product and I give the people their monies worth, that is important. I also put time in my peparation so that I produce a good quality product, very tasty and tender!!!!!!
