Description: MDL Enterprises, LLC is a New Mexico, USA technology development company. MDL was founded to design, develop, patent and license new, technologically advanced solutions for generating renewable energy. Our mission is to provide ecologically friendly and feasible means of renewable energy solutions that will allow advancements in the areas of reducing greenhouse gases, foreign oil dependency, and promote sound environmental awareness and practices. We believe that all people should have the chance for basic human needs with things such as running water and electricity. With energy costs skyrocketing and the depletion of precious fossil fuels, MDL looks to renewable energy as the next energy source. Renewable energy has unlimited potential to sustain mankind long after fossil fuels are gone. Through our technology we plan to move forward via partnerships and licensing in various fields of use for MDL’s technology. MDL has numerous patents and patents pending that will protect our unique energy technology for many years to come. MDL has developed and patented an electrical power generation device that utilizes the updraft wind currents on tall buildings or skyscrapers to supplement the power requirements for commercial and industrial skyscrapers. Updraft wind currents on tall buildings occur naturally and consistently due to convection and temperature differences generated by the structure of the building and it’s surrounding environment. MDL’s updraft wind generation device uses a covered blade system; this unique wind generation system device can be deployed in large numbers on the sides of a building without raising any safety concerns, structural concerns or aesthetic concerns that might be encountered in large municipalities. In an updraft wind configuration, numerous units operate as parallel circuitry components to contribute to the overall energy generation needs of a commercial building. Updraft wind passes through the units as it naturally moves upward along the side of the building, creating electrical power generation by all the units. Depending on size of the building, its location, and the number of devices deployed, the potential for energy production can be substantial in helping to reduce the overall energy costs and usage. MDL has designs for variations in its system to also include the use of solar awnings. These are designed to be used in combination with an array of units to provide decorative and protective coverage for the units and to further contribute to electrical power generation for the building. MDL technology has been designed to be innovative, relatively simple and more efficient in generating electrical power from renewable resources using a much smaller footprint with fewer moving parts than current technologies. MDL’s designs can be incorporated into a multitude of applications, including: residential, and commercial wind powered devices, electric vehicles for continuous, trickle charging of the systems’ batteries as a vehicle is moving forward, and to harness the power of oceans, streams, river flow or currents to provide electricity for personal and large scale systems. MDL has several videos and animations showing our concept and prototypes working. Videos demonstrating MDL’s innovative technologies can be viewed at the following link: (URL removed) MDL Enterprises has invented and patented several renewable energy and green technologies that we are looking to license or sell. MDL currently has the smallest form factor and footprint of any wind driven electrical generating device. MDL has numerous prototypes but have never entered the manufacturing phase until a suitable licensee is selected and can become involved in the manufacturer selection process. MDL has numerous patents and patents pending that will protect our IP and technology for many years to come. MDL believes its architecture is the most radical, novel, and inventive style available. Our patents are covered under United States Patent and Trademark Office #7,868,476; #8,067,852; #8,143,737; #8,362,635, and #8,791,586. A number of Partnership Agreements are available and negotiable. MDL is open to establishing a licensing agreement with one or more of our technologies. MDL is also willing to sell its entire portfolio as well, in which case it would turn over 5 issued patents and continuances on its patented technology.
