We have secured all of the equipment required to establish ourselves as a major manufacturer of chocolate products.
We have developed a business plan around the creation of a retail, wholesale and internet chocolate manufacturing business that will couple as a major tourist attraction within the city of Phoenix Arizona.
The Greater Phoenix Area welcomes in excess of 18 million visitors each year who overnight and many of whom remain for several months.
Our business will focus on development of products that promote the Southwest native theme. While offering tours of the chocolate making facility we will also have onsite hopi Kachina carvers and other entertainment.
Since we will be a major tenant (requiring as much as 7000 square feet of space) we believe it in our best interest to own the real estate we will occupy.
We are seeking an investor/lender to provide the capital necessary to secure the facility and provide the funds required to complete the tenant improvement estimated at $500,000.
