My company, has a niche in the RV marketplace, mobile repair service and local/long distance towing. Being mobile repair with a trailer, no other company is offering such a service in Ontario at this time to the retail sector.
With the contracting side (wholesale or retail), able to do warranty work for manufacturers without being in competition with any dealership, as direct repair (on site) for the manufacturer.
Also, contracting to a trucking company for hauling RV's from manufacturer to dealer, so I do not have to advertise or solicit for loads, all done by the carrier.
