I started my company in October of 2010. We provide recruiting and staffing services for multiple clients primarily in Metro Detroit area. We have been growing fast and we are in need of financing to continue growth of our contracting business. There are cash flow constraints between the time we pay our contract staff and when we receive payment from our clients, which ranges between 30 and 60 days. We do not need financial assistance for any overhead or costs associated with our internal process, just assistance with our contract financing.
