Our company is a real estate investment company. We look for fixer homes in the northern California area, i.e. Sacramanto county, California, that we can buy for less than $200,000. The houses that we would buy must be able to be sold for under $350,000, after upgrading, returning a net profit of not less than $60,000. The market we want to sell to is the first time home buyer. Our goals are to have three homes up for sale, three homes in the upgrade sage, and three fixers in purchase negociation. My partners are my son-in-law and his brother.
