Movement Capital LLC is a real estate investment company with a different approach. We invest in distressed property in the Pierce County and King County areas of Washington State. Our investors can expect to make positive returns on their investment through our "Second Chance Lease Option" model where we purchase distressed property (REO, foreclosures and owner distressed property), find a tenant/buyer to pay a monthly lease and then purchase the property on lease option terms. We work directly with a Real Estate Agent to find qualified tenant/buyers. We have a property management company to ensure timely monthly lease payment collection and we work with a mortgage broker to pre-qualify and signup every tenant/buyer into our credit restoration program (one of the pre-approval requirements). Every investment is subject to its own profitability margins, but Investors can expect positive returns (both monthly and on the backend) through our "Second Chance Lease Option" program . Movement Capital LLC is in its start up phase and looks to be profitable by FY17, or sooner given timely funding and strategic market approach.
