We're looking to start-up and fuel the growth of our Landscape Design business. I would be introducing a new Landscape Design concept to the state of NJ. As this new concept makes its way north through the eastern coastal states, I have an open canvass to be the first and only contractor to introduce this design to NJ and, with no competition, can lock down any territory in the state I wish. I have done plenty of research, and given the opportunity, know that this business will take off from the start and will be very successful and make us alot of money. I just need to be given the chance to prove it. I landed 4 jobs in half a day, totalling about $5,000 dollars of work within minutes of showing the homeowners a brochure I had of the product. They are anticipating my return to do the work when the business is up and running. The response was a great one from each homeowner, which is why I am so excited to get things started. There is very little overhead and huge profits to be made, yet I fall short with the funding(or credit) necessary to fund this awesome business venture!
