I am looking to start a full service burger and rib business with a family feel. Want to serve alcohol in one section of the restaurant as well. My wife is one of the best bbq/smoker's around. We have created a menu of speciality burgers, steaks, ribs, deli sandwiches, and sides that would please any appetite and is affordable by most families with the economy as it is.
