The Company is based in Montreal, Canada and specializes in the research & development, manufacturing and production of epoxies, urethanes, sealer coating products, as well as adhesives, all used for many different applications and purposes.
Our systems include fast curing water-based two component epoxies that can be used as primers on either damp or dry surfaces, a flexible epoxy membrane used as an intermediate coat, and a 100% solid (solvent free), two component, top coat epoxy that can be adapted to meet different needs (e.g. chemical resistance, solvent resistance, jet fuel resistance, anti-static, etc.). We offer a great variety of possibilities for the final coating textures and appearances which include high gloss, anti-slip, and orange peel finish. These surface finishes will satisfy any client’s needs or preferences. We also offer crack filling epoxies for both vertical and horizontal applications. In addition, we produce two component polyurethanes, both waterborne and 100% solid which are used as a final top coat to give the final product an outstanding appearance, superior chemical and UV resistance.
Furthermore, we manufacture urethanes and adhesives for the artificial turf sports surfacing industry, as well as, binders for poured in place playground systems, running tracks and rubber under pad absorption cushioning for artificial turf sport systems.
Over the past 4 years, revenues have steadily increased from 264 000$ in 2007 to 943 000$ in 2008 to 1 300 000$ in 2009 and 1 724 000$ in 2010 with a net profit in the last of 238 000$ after taxes.
We are presently looking for a term loan for a management buyout for 60% of the company with reasonable terms and interest rate.
