I own a for profit ((URL removed)) with a nonprofit ((URL removed)) in Colorado Springs. The for profit has a venue for rent that was created to hold services for nonprofit STEM projects. The business is starting an internet radio station focused on community and giving at-risk teens an opportunity to learn broadcasting and a wide variety of other skills included in the nonprofit business model.
I have tried to do everything right and it turned out wrong. I have invested over $250,000 in the business. I am about to have my doors shut because I have not paid my rent for October. I have tried to get a loan but I screwed up my 717 FICO down to 513. I cannot get a loan without a co-signer. I am in real trouble and I need help.
I have a 1099 job as a realtor and that has funded much of my costs. I am out of funding. It was never intended to get to this level of disaster.
I am looking for help in the most serious of fashions. I do not want to lose what I have started, I would never be able to do this again. I seriously need somebody that can help me. I am not a beggar but I must humbly request help.
