HTW was founded three years ago with the goal of making inventor Dillon Harr's Revolutionary Internal Combustion Engine design a reality. Since then the idea has been approved patent pending status and the design further developed to the point of prototyping. HTW has employed engineer and physicist Taylor Davolos for the past four months and the company now has validated designs for several working prototypes. The HTW Dynamic Harmonic Engine Cell has only 3 moving parts and is a 4 chamber, 4 cycle self igniting, valve-less engine. Manifold flow is continuous and no oil is used in the engine. A budget of 150k has been proposed for the creation of a whole range of real world prototype engines.
