Our company & product line was birthed in 1998. We invented & manufactured innovative pressure control regulators for industrial systems worldwide. Major multi million dollar companies such as Tescom, Veriflo, AP Tech, Jordanvalve are just a few examples of companies that replaced the regulators in their systems with our innovative higher quality regulators. Even though we lost our company in 2004, these exact products (that my bother invented and first manufactured) are still being widely used today all around the world and across most continents including the Middle East, Africa, Australia, Europe, North, & South America. Brochures and technical literature that we wrote word for word are still being used verbatim in the marketplace(we can show you). Unfortunately one of our vendors unfairly and underhandedly sued us for a very nominal amount of money four years ago, but it was enough to take the company from us. We were extremely honest people and were blindsided by a savvy businessman.
Looking back we wish we would have put up a greater fight but lacked the experience. We did however achieve a miracle building a thriving manufacturing business from literally nothing. This was impossible to do and we did it with the grace of God! Our dreams were destroyed by a small situation that grew into something larger that put us out of business. The GOOD NEWS is that my brother (inventor and engineer) has come up with a better product, improvements over the lines that he created. We feel we are ready to try this one more time and do it right. We have the contacts and the experience.
