I am interested in buying and fixing up homes - the one I have now I purchased in 12/2006 - owe approx 17,000 over six yrs.-am looking for an investor who will finance my daughter since I would like to sell to her (cr score approx 557) many updates incl. all new windows, new paint thru out interior, some new ceilings, floors, fixtures, new patio and landscaping in front, 4 new appliances etc. Conservative CMA - averaged properties in area of similar age/size incl. two obvious pre-rehab in $20,000's, and came in at 71,000. I would sell to my daughter for 70,000 and be willing to do a discount purchase or a lease back or take over pymts/cash - whatever will get it done.
