Kids Off The Block is a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization that provides at-risk low income youth positive alternatives to gangs, drugs, truancy, violence, alcohol, and the juvenile justice system.
We need funding to keep up with the demand for our services. Currently we have 150 youth enrolled in our programs, with a waiting list of over 100. I founded this organization in my home, and now we need space and transportation.
Funding is scarce, and we have to seek out creative ways to continue to give teens an outlet to their environment. We're asking for an investment in our future.
