I am needing start up capital for a business that caters to weddings, parties and business affairs, that need banquet space with catering capabilities, there is little to no other competition in this area and a great need, currently if you are getting married and need a location to host your wedding you need to reserve 2 yrs in advanced. My facility would provide a complete one stop place for it all the chapel the banquet hall the photography area. I have a catering background as well as extensive hospitality and management experience. The average wedding cost, for the facility with food is between 5 to 7 thousand dollars, if you hoat 4 events a weekend you will gross around 28 thousand dollars a weekend and since there is little to no competition for this eandeavor we are sure to be booked two yrs in advance. I can make this a real money maker,if only I had the start up capital I expect to need around 750,000.00 to get it going. can anyone out thier help me realize my dream. I have worked all my life and raised 4 children I dedicated 11 yrs of my life to a company that didnt need me anymore when thier poor decisions drove them to cut back thier operation. I want to have my own business but lack the funding to make it happen.
