Altered States will sell in-store and on-line, a meticulously curated selection of custom crafted new and made-to-order furniture, functional art and home furnishings made from a minimum of 90% recycled materials as well as up-cycled, redesigned and refurbished furniture and home decorations.
Inventory will change on a monthly basis and will be on consignment from a select group of artists and craftsmen who follow the store's guiding principles of sustainability, visual beauty, old-world quality and artistic merit.
The artist-in-residence program at Altered States, a first of its kind, will assure an on-going inventory of high quality, high value merchandise.
