Diana Gym is a Fitness Center that I start in 2007, starting in a small rental place, I was able to buy a property near by 6 years ago and the Gym area of 3800sqf is already finish and working. I have over 200 active members and 3 trainers, 22 clases and lobby and cleaning employes. The building is in total 7500sqf, made is 3 floors because the idea is to have additional spaces to lease and obtain an income as well of that.
I invest everything I have in the building, now per some county laws I need to put a elevator other wise my Gym have to be close until I can put it. So I really need very quickly and urgent $42000 to put the elevator and glass in the commercial spaces which still need some finishings in order to can have the renters. The banks in Costa Rica take to long and I really need this quickly. I own that building and I have other land near by the beach that can work as collateral as well. I willing to pay good interest and have all the paper work update it.
