Description:
Transforming Lives Charter School is a college and career prepatory high school located in San Bernardino California. Students participate in career technical education courses in Business, Information Technology, Manufacturing and Health Sciences. Students participate in community service and internships annually. Why are we starting TLCS? There is a new generation of learners and traditional teaching methods are not working anymore. Statistics indicate 4.9 million young people are falling behind. This translates to 12.3% of the youth population. Indicators of disengagment is low engagement and educational aspirations and few interactive activities. We want to crush this statistic and engage students into relevant education. How can you help? Invest in their future so we can transform lives for a better future together.
