Description:
Elements Hot Tub Spa, Inc. is a new, extremely well-received spa in Amherst, Mass., an affluent state-university and private-college community. Offering five beautiful and unique private hot-tub rooms, infrared saunas, steam, and massage/spa services, Elements has garnered over 1,000 clients in its first nine months of business. We have 5 licensed bodywork practitioners, and we are the only spa in the Amherst area offering "Couples Massage;" our most popular item is a combination hot-tub + couples massage. Elements owns the property that was completely rehabbed and redesigned for this use, and includes custom installed state-of-the-art equipment.
Due to a variety of zoning issues and construction delays, we went over-budget and over timeline, causing Elements to be undercapitalized du
