We are a small 100 year old historic winery in the northern corner of the Napa Valley. We currently produce approx 3,500 cases in our Pope Valley label. We have the capacity to do a larger volume of cases in a second label or private label, we can also custom crush. Currently we are seeking investors so that we can consolidate and make some major improvments and kick our marketing and sales into high gear. With the added funding we would be building 2 production buildings, enlarging our cave and building an estate home where investors would be able to stay for a week or more a year. We owuld also be restoring the curretn winery building back to its original glory as a full 3 story gravity flow winery. We will also be hiring a news sales force and sending represenatives to other states for market calls with distributors. We will also be launching our 2nd 3rd tier labels as well as an ultra premium label. these are just a few of the improvements that will be amde a business projected growth plan will be available. We are looking to sell 49% of the winery as 49 shares at $150,000 a share.
