I have just read that you arrange loans all over the world.
I have a project for creating employment for teenage Aids orphans who are the breadwinners for their younger siblings.
1. AIDS and age will be significant contributors to an increase in the rate
of crime over the next 5 - 10 years.
2. There will be a boom in the orphan population.
3. Growing up without parents (or mentors) this growing pool of orphans will
be at greater than average risk to engage in criminal activity. This is
particularly so in terms of violent crimes.
4. In say 5 - 10 years time, 25 - 30% (or more ?) will be aged between 15
and 24. It is within this age group where people's propensity to commit
crime is at the highest.
