Description:
I am in the process of building up a business in Real Estate investment. I have a 10 plex that I purchased this year and am looking to increase the number of properties that I own. I have a great prospect on 11 units that have a cap rate around 34% and need the money to purchase the property. I have a plumbing and water softening business I have operated since 1999.
