I am a Real Estate agent and came up with (URL removed) in 2007. It took me a couple years to develop and rolled out June 11, 2010. In the past 7 months I have proven my idea and have over 4,200 members nationwide (and growing daily). I need $50k to get me to the next level.
Terms: I need $50k for 18 months(or less).
I will pay $1k month IO payments and balloon the $50k, plus $25k profit on month 18. If I prepay the debt, I will still pay the full $43k profit.
