Description:
the plan that my uncle and i have is to purchase homes that need work and rent and or sell them. we would love to buy some homes or townhomes around local colleges to rent out to college students since some colleges are running out of dormrooms. we have the realtor to find and sell the properties and we have the tools. all we need is the support to show what we can do. u will not be dissappointed. we have the pictures to prove what we can do.
