I am trying to generate capitol to start my own mobile food stand. My Grandfather was very successful in this industry for several years and I am going to continue this success. I want to provide a mobile food service to the tri-cities area of Eastern Tennessee. By being mobile, my business will cover a larger base of consumers vs. not being mobile, generating revenue in several locations.
My menu will include Hot dogs (to include chili, cheese,onions, relish, peppers, ketchup and mustard), chips (plain,sour cream, bbq, nacho chips),soda,coffee (cream and sugar), candy, gum, cookies and pastries.
Hot dog expresses menu and mobility will guarantee speed, convenience, and quality to our customers.
